My friend has disclosed to me he is paying back £600 a month with an IVA.
Short question, can he cancel the arrangement at all?

AFAIK, you can only fail an IVA by missing three payments. Then a petition for bankruptcy would likely happen.
Why does he want to cancel?:jDebt Free after 5 years.:j Now Time to start saving for my move to Canada
