    Are you on the market at the moment? If so, for how long?

    The reason I ask is that I was in a similar position - "giving up with selling (at a bad experience of being gazundered in January) and looking at renting out" - then two days after a good meeting with a BTL Mortgage Lender, I am "under offer" to sell again :confused: :j

    Things ARE picking up again (interest and offers), so you MAY be lucky over the next month or two (going in to Spring).

    Renting may be the way to go though: if you reall can't sell (for a reasonable return), but need/want to move on.
