My partner has just sold his house and will get £55,000 from the sale. we are waiting to buy a new property which will be ready in november. Can anyone recommend a good savings acoount which will give interest monthly so that in november he has the interest available to use. If i go for most savings account we wont get the interest paid until next year

As far as I know if you close a savings account they pay you all the interest accrued so far (unless something in the conditions say you have to leave it in for so long).
