I bought a large bundle of clothes for my daughter having not used e-bay before. The seller described them as " in immaculate condition". I paid by paypal and seller said would email me when they had posted items. After 9 days I still hadnt heard from them and emailed them 3 times. The items arrived yesterday but were most were not in immaculate condition-marks/stains/small holes-nothing major but I was very disappointed. They will do my daughter for playing around the house and holidays(we go camping) but I do not feel were worth £60 I paid for them. I did check the sellers feedback for similar items and all feedback was very positive so I thought i would be ok. I have not left any feedback yet and seller has not got in touch since my previous emails asking when items would be posted. Please advise!

i would contact the seller and tell her how you feel and that they are not as described and take it from there.0

You basically bought clothing from a jumble sale without inspecting them. I hope you learnt a lesson here. People are on eBay solely for pure profit and they WILL be economical with the truth.
Immediately proceed to open a Paypal dispute, if you have got no reply from the seller then it shows a lack of care, Neg them stating ONLY facts of the transaction. Don't try and diss them in anyway as eBay removes that sort of feedback.
If you type in "contact user request" in the help bar then you can go ahead and get the person details of that seller, including their phone number. I'd wanna call them up direct instead of playing email tennis if I'd been done over 60 quid.
Next time go to a regular shop. eBay is going down the pan, let it be.0
