Credit Card Reclaim query

Hi all, im a newbie to all this and not sure if this is the right place but I need some clarification on what I can and cannot reclaim on my credit card.

Basically I have all of my statements from the bank and if im right in thinking i can claim back late fees etc, BUT can i only claim up to June 06 or whenever it was the charges were dropped or can i claim for the lesser charges after this date?
Also I still owe money on this card can I still go ahead with this or do I have to clear this debt first?

Apologies if this appears stupid or is something thats been written a thousand times before but I feel like I've hit a wall...Any help much appreciated.

You can make a claim for all charges and you don't need to repay it to make the claim. Please read Martin's Credit Card Reclaim guide for further information.
