Best Standard Bank Account

I'm wondering if anyone is able to help me.
I have been having problems with NatWest for a few months now, and it has now got too much to take so I am wanting to change banks.
Can anyone tell me the best Standard Current Account?
I have had a look at the 'Best Bank Account' on the site (located here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts ) but I can't understand it completely.
All I need is a basic account, no 'extras'.
Due to me being unemployed, it will currently be used for recieving the JSA and also for use on eBay for when I sell items.
