MBNA question

My first post so please be gentle...
I am about half way through a 12month 0% with MBNA. I also got accepted for the CapitalOne 18month deal so I have just transferred almost my full MBNA balance over to CapitalOne (as you do) and I was now looking to transfer almost full MBNA limit back into my current account for the rest of the 0% time. Seemed to be accepted okay on the website but I have recieved a letter today from MBNA asking me to contact the telemarketing dept with more information before the transfer can go through - just wondering if this is usual practice for them or have they found out that I'm at it? I did the transfer only about 2-3 days after the CapitalOne money had gone out - should I have waited longer?
Thanks
