No we haven't they have automatically credited our gas account, i just want to know where we stand legally before i phone.

did you pay the overcharge? By how much is your account actually in credit now? (or is it not in credit)? You can ask for a refund of any credit balance. Whether they give it you is a different matter....Indecision is the key to flexibility

If you're "in credit" you can ask for that credit to be refunded by cheque. 2 minute phone call. Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j

They were charging us a different tarrif than what our contract stated, which
we hadn't noticed until we were querying a high bill, we had been overcharged for a year a total of £1500
I will call them and ask for a refund by cheque :beer:something missing0
