Towel Rack ripped out the wall

Hi
I tried drying my super kingsize bedsize on my towel rack and it's come out the wall, can I fill the hole with something? I've got a bathroom cabinet to put up and the piece of paper that came with it explaining what type of screws to use for what type of wall says it was fitted to the wall with the wrong type of fitting, it's a stud walls. To get an idea for scale, that screw head is about 5mm across.

I personally prefer the nylon toggles, but the spiral screw ones work well also. I am not as keen on the plastic spiral screw ones, though. Just my personal opinion.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
