Thanks for your reply. I've tried that and whilst it has increased the speed of my web pages appearing on the screen, I still have the same problem. I have even tried system restore. What is wierd, is that was working fine early on in the evening. WierdMatched betting proceeds so far: £505.000

Does this happen to all https pages ? Do you have the same issue if you turn your firewall off ?

Well, so far I've tried system restore. Went back a few days. I've tried turning the firewall off and I've also tried turning the antivirus off. It is really weird. It was working find earlier in the evening. I have the free AVAST anti virus software and this did auto update yesterday evening.
I've deleted all cookies also and still no joy. It is not just https either. I've tried to log into my Amazon account and also my Tesco shopping, and I get this error page. When you click on the diagnose bit of the webpage it says that I need to check the setting for each port. I have done this and they are ok.
Had to use my lap top in the end to get the shopping done!Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.000 -
Well, I have finally sorted it! It was the AVAST free software (which MSE recommends I hasten to add!). Previously I just temporarily disabled it. I've now wiped it off completely. I had an idea it would be that as it updated the virus definitions earlier yesterday.
C Cleaner has really increased the speed of pages downloading so thanks for that!Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.000 -
Use AVIRA anti virus in its place ~
Download AVIRA ANTI VIRUS PERSONAL (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
