Apologises if this is covered in another thread (I have searched, but can't seem to find).. is there a way around paying a fee to transfer a balance?
I am a current Barclaycard holder and I want to throw on the card about another £350 from a Virgin card. I thought the Virgin card was clear, but turns out it wasn't and I'd been paying just the min amount of about £5 each month for several months  and it being such a small amount I hadn't noticed it going out  (I tend to lose track a little sometimes as I keep swapping balances between cards).

I've heard that with the Abbey you can avoid balance transfer fees by applying in one of their branches. Maybe Barclaycard might be the same!
Edited for bank name0 -
I don't think there is unfortunately. Must CC companies tend to charge 2% for a BT so on £350 it would be £7 which if the APR is alot less on the BCard you might save a little bit in the long term by paying the £7.0

I didn't think there was a BT fee....

I was offered either 4.9% LOB BT with NO fees or 0% for 4 months with a 2% uncapped fee. Think they are quite strict, but maybe play off against another CC if you have one
