I was just wondering can My wife claim back Her PPI? She took out a loan a couple of years ago and is paid off in full now, but what she didnt realise is that she was still paying for the PPI after the loan was done. Some months this payment came out of her account takening her over her overdraft resualting in charges aswell. I got her to contact the bank but they said it was her fault for not canceling the PPi when the loan was finished so would not be offering a refund. Is this true or do we have a case to apply for a claim?
Many Thanks

That load of old tosh. Did they add it without you knowing. If you knew about it did it cover you. Have a look through the claim backck 1000's tab red at top of page and if you feel you have been miss sold post back and we will help you through it.:D:mad:0 -

Hi Ryan
Your wife seems to have a good case here so go for it.
I see Maxdp have already posted and by all mean like she says please post up if you want any help.
Meanwhile check this link here
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
You will find some useful ppi information and a template letter you can use to help you through yours, I would try to keep in your own words though and obviously your wife's reasons for why she feels she was mis sold, check out on the link for other reasons as well in case there is more to add that may occur to your wife.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full, and post by recorded delivery.
Let us know the outcome of this in case any help is needed, such as another letter maybe required.
Good luck.;)
