Do I still file my Claim with the court????

I know this may sound stupid, but I have filed my claim for bank charges against Cydesdale, their AQU confirms they have my claim filed, but would I still follow up my claim with the courts, although Clydesdale say in one of the letters I have that I would have to do that in Scotland because of the ongoing test case. What would you do?

No, if the bank have acknowledged your claim then you can go back 6 years from the start of the claim being acknowledged. For example, if it was acknowledged today and the court case ended in 2012 then you go back to 18 Feb 2003 onwards.
If your circumstances change then you may be able to claim for hardship.0
