Wonga do some odd things as well

My card got lost so I had it replaced but forgot to let Wonga know, to be honest I thought that they just took the cash from the bank and the card was irrelevant but my mistake.
They tried and failed and emailed me straight away moaning that if I didnt pay by 5pm they would have my nuts.
I spotted the problem and paid them about 2 minutes after the email arrived in and emailed them back to let them know.

The website updated with thank you for paying your loan - Wonga now loves you etc etc

then a couple of days later I get an angry letter through the door saying - you have failed to pay up on time - we will now murder you - you owe us (in bold £0.00).

do they not read things before they get sent out - also why did it even get sent as I had paid seconds after they failed to take out a payment (by about 10am never mind 5pm)

A couple of days after that I get a reply from Wonga to my email from days earlier just saying thanks for the email LOL
