Dylan Harvey Problems with Deposit

Hi,

I invested a deposit with a company called Dylan Harvey a few years ago and I now am regretting it. I was promised a completion date for a development in April 2009 (by email confirmation) and the site hasn't been built yet!

In their terms and conditions they state that there a no refunds but they are willing to transfer my deposit. With the property market being the way it is there is no way I see this project being built or any others but they are refusing to admit the project is doomed.

I found a blog site that is full of investors that want their money back and also a number of media reports, I can't decide on the best course of action. Any help is appreciated.
