Does Anyone Have Any Advise On "opt Out Clause" That Was Sent To Me But I Didnt Understand Ppi At The Time And Ignored It. This Is The Next' Directories Stance At The Moment

I take it you mean the cancellation rights??

For example 30 days cooling off period for this policy?

Hi There BUMPA

They mostly all hide behind this one the OPt OUT clause. These companies have been accused of hiding behind the small print which is what your company here seems to be doing.

It sounds like it was pre ticked or added without your consent would you agree with this.

If you could let us have bit more info am sure somebody could help you.

I wrote asking the Next directory for a refund of my PPI, they responded saying i had the account for 17 years and that they had notified me of the PPI and gave me an opt out period. I have absolutely NO recollection of being given this information. ANy suggestions?
