Are you talking about letting the whole unit or just the 'work' part, or just the 'live' part? Letting the whole unit may not be a problem unless there's something in your deeds to prevent it - letting out just part of the unit is likely to contravene a condition on the planning permission. However, I maybe looking at letting it one day.
...
However, in the long term, I would possibly look at letting it out one day when I want to leave London. Would that be an issue?0 -
I would be letting out the whole flat.
Secondly, I have contacted the local planning office. They have appalling customer service and were not able to give me much information then to say do a search on their site for the property.
There is no applicable business rate for this flat when I contacted the business rates section.0 -

Oh dear - well, if you need any help looking for it online, feel free to post on here the name of the Council and the postcode/address, or message me and I'll see if I can help find the relevant planning permission.0 -
I can't thank you enough. If you ever need any help with technology, please let me know. If I can help I will. Call it my way of saying thank you.
I won't post the address here, I have sent an email.
However, I can tell you it's Tower Hamlets Council, London. The property is located near Canary Wharf. So you were spot in your very first reply.
Thank you again.0
