and you currnetly have an account with hsbc which is in dispute with a dca for not having a signed cca,

can they pay the money from ur charges i.e what theyd give you into that disputed account ?

Current a/c's ( and overdrafts) are not subject to the Consumer Credit Act so there won't be a signed agreement
