Hey Guys,
I've spoken to the bank and everything is in order with my account, and also LoveFilm.com have said theres nothing wrong with the postcode and its in their database, so why that doesnt work i dont know
i'm still trying to get through to CreditExpert, so will keep you posted.

hey guys,
Got through to CreditExpert yesterday and they had my address listed twice, thus making all my accounts show twice! Its fixed now & i had a call today regarding my Vanquis application and thats been accepted, so hopefully i'm on the road to recovery
Next is the plan to clear the overdraft
