I didn't receive book club membership confirmation but I did receive a congratulations email for winning the book. Have you checked your spam? If it's not in there, it could be just that it's taking a while to come through; the code email has sometimes taken a couple of days for me. Otherwise, you could ask if they've got your details, through the 'contact us' form on the site:

I just got a confirmation email saying I had won similar to Lady Fuchsia's email.

I am so screwed; I cannot even win 1 out of 1,000,000 books...entered 3 times a day so far as well as 4 chocolate bars so far...not a single book!!!
