Can anyone recommend a good solicitor company in south yorkshire or online?

Locally they are dear so was thinking those online can be a better option?

Which are your thoughts or previous experiences?

Saw BL online, did they take the price quoted wehn instructed? What I mean is I found them via a marketing comparison site, but was wondering if after £ 366, there are more hidden things?

Do they contact you stright away, after you instruct them online??

Sorry so many questions, but I am a little sceptical of not seeing the person that is dealing with my purchase !!!

Are all the solicitors in Donny expensive?

Whoever consider, phone them up and ask them to talk you through the whole cost including any likely extras, so you can get a total cost for all the legal stuff, including Land Registry Fees (SDLT, if applicable) Searches etc.
