Holidays for Disabled people on their Own

Has anyone experience this. As my husband and I need a break from each other.
My husband does not need around the clock care but just needs some help in the morning with his exercises and to put a glove on and might need some help with an evening meal. The other help he would need is someone to keep an eye on while showering as well as putting on an evening splint.
Anyone been on a holiday like this and can give me some names of places that do this type of holiday.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I am in a similar situation to yr husband, in that I am looking for a holiday for just me (am disabled). Ive joined the disabled ramblers, but a good place to start looking is the Radar book ' a guide for disabled people - holidays in britain & Ireland'. It does have some foreign hols too.
