IVA mess

ive got to wait till next wed now to speak with someone cause they didnt ring me. when I rang them back she said it will all be discussed next week. I tried to tell her but she said it can wait till next week. I now feel like I was getting all wound up and feeling ill for nothing and for another week

I was also in your position, went out got a job, ran up more debt and worried myself sick that they would know and fail my IVA. However I had to phone them when they didn't get in touch after me sending them all the paperwork in November and hearing nothing by Jan. They just said all was ok, not to worry carry on paying. I really don't think they even looked. However, we have now stopped paying and decided to go BR as we have no assets. It has took us a year to come to this decision but feel much better knowing that I wont have that sick feeling every yearly review.
