Has anyone successful experience of selling property in the £350,000 to £650,00 price range via one of the online websites?

    I've no experience I'm afraid but I do work within the property industry.

    Definately worth trying to sell privately as it will save you £££'s and genuine buyers are searching these sites.


    I would suggest that you use one of these sites alongside your local estate agent and see who wins!

    We have the house with an estate agent but he seems quite useless so far.

    How long has it been on the market? It will depend on how much demand there is. As the £500k+ properties can take a while.
