I have been on the phone to the Chelsea and the blasted line is engaged forever.
I was phoning up because I sent them a thing on the customer feedback form but have not had a reply from them.

Did you ask on the customer feedback form to get a response? You have to explicitly ask them for a response when you send the email.
They are getting a huge amount of calls and contacts because of their reluctance to cut their SVR like everyone else. Talking to their call centre staff they are getting inundated by calls.
