Multi City?

Heya,

Been looking around for cheap flights for the last couple of weeks and only just found out about multi city (:o).

I'm going on a trek with trekamerica so only after the flights;

LHR > LAX 6th October
EWR > LHR 28th October

Cheapest I've found on BA and Virgin is £357. I think its a great deal and probably will be booking it but could someone please tell me what this means;

Pulled from BA website: MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL FROM LAST INTERNATIONAL STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO EARLIER THAN THE FIRST SUN AFTER DEPARTURE OF THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR.*TY*

And pulled from Virgin website:
Most of the low, low fares insist that you stay over for one Saturday night, so make a weekend of it!
