Don't you already have a thread about this? have people lost interest in 'your' purchase that quickly?
Many people have given their advice to you and you have chosen to continue with your purchase.
If you are really that concerned about it then perhaps you know you're paying to much and should back out, or at least re-offer at £20k less. What will you lose?30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -

All the prices shown on that House Prices website, transactions from 2002 onwards, were when we were in an absolutely booming, credit-fuelled, MEW-pumping, job-pretty, bonus-kicking economy.
Make your own mind up.
Will you get to hear express trains whizzing past at all hours, and maybe at night too? Perhaps they all slow for the nearby station.0 -

Its a freight line, so only a few trains per day and when i was inproperty could not hear a thing unless window were open ie its the bathroom.
And i realise most were 2002+ prices but what i was asking was if anyone agreed that 155k was resonable, i feel so.
Also the area has just been awarded a £4 billion re generation programme, i'm sure that can only be a good thing for the area0 -

Well it's all a bit moot now isn't it ??'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
