Sorry to hear that! Heads up though, there are hundereds of new builds everywhere waiting to be snapped up. As soon as you find somewhere that you like, fire in a really low offer!Why do I get the feeling the banks are trying to find new and more clever ways to screw us!

Thanks for the support guys - was a bit of a low when we found out it had been sold.
Have a good feeling about this stuff in the end, though - we saw another place on Friday that was *much* better than the one we were looking at previously, much more space, better location and so on...Put an offer in, should hear back today - very exciting!0
