Anyone shed any light on this hijack log ~
O23 - Service: Andrea RT Filters Service (AERTFilters) - Andrea Electronics Corporation - C:\Windows\system32\AERTSrv.exe
No one seems to have a clue what it is or what it does (I killed it anyways)
Ive seen one post say its a dell download (And mine is a dell). And another claim its something to do with 'voice recognition' software!
Im guessing its 'something' to do with dell. But i wanna know what the hell its doin on my computer!

Do you have any VOIP programs, as from a quick google it looks like the software is a filter to reduce background noise for interaction with the PC for enhanced clarity.0

Depends what comes under VOIP
I do on occasion chat using msn, yahoo or gmail?:idea:0 -
Being in the system32 folder, it's a driver for something which, more than likely, is bluetooth communications via a headset. It's highly probabble it is a preinstall from Dell. If you google for just "AERTFilters" you see a lot of mentions of it in Hijack this logs, but nothing to identify it as anything malicious.0
