screen display gone into portrait

in Techie Stuff
please help nt sure what happened but screen display now in portrait as opposed to landacape so having to read like a book how do I change it back cannot find it on my control panel.......................
I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.

Try pressing CTRL, ALT and the arrow key in the direction you want to rotate your screen0

Alternativly go into the display options in the control panel, that usually lets you reset it.
I'd also suggest turning off hotkeys, as that usually the cause of the problem (ie you pressed them by accident) It's a common issue on embedded intel chipsets as you do it and have no idea how you did it..0
