ATMS in Vietnam

I read on Wiki Travel there is generally a fee charged by the issuing banks of the ATMs in Vietnam for using their machines.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how much was it?
Do you know of any machines which don't charge (currently use a Nationwide card to avoid fees by own bank but obviously want to avoid other fees too).
Thanks
