Hi all please help,
I sent in my claim with statments to hsbc in May 2008 jusy before they put it on hold. I am sure I was sent a letter by my bank acknowleging my claim but since then iseem to have mislaid it. Would there have been a reference number or claim number that i need or should i not worry. I could always ask my bank for a replacement letter but would they be obliged to send one? I am laso considering putting in a hardship claim will not having a letter affect this claim at all?
cheers for any advice in advance
