17 + £1000=Confusion? Help?

As you may already know im 17 and just had my Halifax ISA mature, and after paying of my few debts i have £1000 to invest. I would like to invest it somewhere else rather then another Isa etc. Any ideas?

no its 16, but a stock and share ISA is 180

Indeed, stocks and shares are contracts, contracts cannot be taken out with any person under the age of 18.
You can put it in a Cash ISA then convert it when you are 18.0
