Books are open on bak charges!

Today 17/02/2009 on the news it say that
Now that they have been "looking at the books" SO.... they should be able to confiirm that we have been overcharge on the bank charges! are they going to sort this one out now? if not, why not?
We should lobby now to get that information regardless of what the courst are doing at the moment! anyone with me? Martin Lewis are you going to advocate that this be opened up? Put me down as signature number one!
