Sold! It can happen!!

:j

Just wanted to pass on some positive news

We put our house up for sale at the very end of November to avoid the HIP (Scotland). Bit disappointed as no viewings or interest whatsoever until a call on Friday 13th. Viewing Saturday, offer Monday, survey Tuesday, done (well so far obviously..)

Even offered a little over the Offers Over price!

Chuffed to bits!

    Congratulations! :)

Things do sell... it just takes them being realistically priced AND a bit of help from Spring coming... :)

Good on you! we sold ours within 24 hours back in Sept 08, second person to view, but only completed 2 weeks ago  but at least it got sold!
  • Thanks everyone!

Survey was completed today and 'subject to survey' clause has been removed, they want to complete in 4 wks!

    Fingers-crossed all goes well.
  • We put ours on in england just after xmas. Got 20 viewings and one offer. Accepted, job done. If it is priced to sell, then sell it will :)
