Reclaim Bank Charges

I followed all the steps but got rejected by my bank ( dated 3/07/2007.Although they stated I should refer this to the Ombudsman with in 6 months.As the court had not ruled on the matter I decided to wait.
Now that they have been some changes and I know find myself in hardship having just lost my job.
Should I send back my originalclaim or make.

Should give you all the details you need to know. If your situation has changed and you are now in real need of the money, you can ask for it to be dealt with sooner.
