Hi
Just wish to inform members who are renewing their policies with these guys.
Always ask for discounts as you will get them especially as the competition can be fierce in this market and of course even more so they want your business in the current climate.Won't work with a new Homeserve member applying for their deals
The renewal for water pipe supply was £22.99 I haggled this to £11.88
The renewal for gas supply ppe was £18.99.I haggled this to £7.50
I opt for credit card payments and never the rolling direct debit option. That way you can stay on top at renewals.
I also have unlimited claims cover on Plumbing and Drainage and Electrical which was reduced last year and I am expecting a good reduction again in May.
I have my policies seperate so I can haggle each year with them for a good deal and it works.I never opt for the complete deal they can offer as I feel it's not as haggle proof.
I had a very helpful lady this evening who was able to give me a very good deal.If anyone needs her extension I will be happy to pass business her way as not all the staff will give decent discounts.I do not have anything to do with her or the company.Just pm me
