:hello:
Does anyone have any 1st hand experience of cruising with Costa?
I've cruised before, once, a few moons ago. Someone who has preferably took the Norwegian Fjords cruise would be great but please feel free to express your views if you've been with them.

I'm actually looking for specific info on Costa cruises. Ideally information on whats included in the price, it says on the information but not in detail, I'll most likely email them and question them with regards to it. Just thought someone might have had first hand experience being onboard. Thanks for the interest.0 -
Very Italian in atmosphere as you might guess. I found them much more relaxed than the American cruise lines. I was on the Costa Magica - good facilities, fabulous food. I was only on for a few days however so can't comment on more than that however.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are S0466/3973. You can find out anything about the different cruise lines and ships on:

Just look under the reviews. You will find official reviews of the ship and reviews from past passengers.Born to shop;)0 -
Just got back off the Costa Victoria round the UAE.
Overall it was all very good. From the moment we arrived at the port terminal it was smooth and simple.
Room was clean, modern and did what it should!
All people on board were friendly and always willing to help.
Didn't see any of the shows but others said they were good.
Having been on 'British' Thomson cruises previously, the 'european' cruise was interesting! Everything has to be translated into at least 5 languages which was interesting during the lifeboat drill!!! I found it a bit annoying at times.
The food was very good. Italian style but pasta, pizza etc is all good but also had a wide range of other food.
My only problem was the costs on board but this is due to the rubbish Euro rate. It basically made the cheapest day trip about £50 which is rather a lot for a coach trip around a city. Also it made drinks expensive. You can buy drinks packages which significantly reduces the cost. We were also a little shocked by a service charge which wasn't mentioned at any time by my agent or directly on the paper work. It was in the small print to look at the website for details. It was 45 euros each. We didn't tip anyone so we hope this all gets spread out....
Hope this helpsAlways on the hunt for a bargain.0
