confused over reclaiming

Hi

Can anyone tell me if its only banks, cards and loans that you can claim PPI miselling? In 2004 I took out a personal loan with British Gas and was charged £334 for a PPI plan. I had a BG employee actually sat in my home so I did'nt feel as if I had any choice as the loan for central heating partly depended on him. Any help will be great on this one!

hi, what do you mean that it depended on the BG man?

I am no expert as I am going through same, claiming back PPI , but from what I can understand is that if you felt pressurised or felt that your loan would not be allowed without taking out a PPI then it would be deemed unlawful and you could claim it back

You can complain to ANY company if you believe you were mis sold anything.
