Estate Agents not returning calls?
Glaswegian
I've called an Estate Agents three times now to try and arrange a viewing and each time they have promised to call back with a time etc. And each time they have not got back to me.
If it was me selling the property then I would be raging that they are not even bothering their ar5e with potential buyers?
Am I right in being paranoid that there might be other forces at work here? (Perhaps they have another buyer lined up at a low cost)

I doubt it... just usual Estate Agent incompetence, I think.
The amount of viewings have recently increased hugely and the badly organised estate agents just can't cope (incompetence).
Yes it is VERY bad (both for sellers and prospective buyers)!

Personally I would go to the property that I wanted to see and knock on their door and tell them what was happening. I have recently had an experience with a estate agent not passing on my offer on a house to the seller. They are a complete law to theirselves. If you do not want to knock on the sellers door then I would at least post a note through their door explaining the situation. They probably are not even aware how crummy their estate agent is.0

is it not possible you have missed their calls? Have you checked your e-mails etc?
If yes then yes they seem incompetent.0 -
If I was keen, I would go into the office to make the appointment. And wait while they organised it.Mortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000
