Just wanted to share my excitement, my offer was accepted !!! :j

I got a good £15,000 knocked off the asking price !!!

Lots of things to do with the house, but at least feel, we can put our mark to it, with the reduction :j

Quite happy !!! Lets hope all goes well until keys are in my hands :j

In the end cases here, end up like soap operas, where you just need to know what happens in the next episode

I remember the house was your wife's dream, could you interest her in something else??

In all honesty, the house we are buying, is not in tip top condition. We HAVE to do LOTS of work... so we looked reallistically into our budget and said, this can deal with, if we get a reduction. Was really thinking it could go either way... but to be honest, I think, if this didnt work out better things or different things that could accomodate us in the future would come along!

I guess what I am trying to say, is maybe there is another great house waiting for your wife and you?

Hope seller comes to their senses if you really have your heart in that house! Fingers crossed !!

Hope my buying doesnt fall through either !!! Good luck to us both :j
