Merge Partitions under er...Vista 64

anyone know how I can take advantage of the 90gb or so sat idle here...I really want to add it to the W7 partition...but it's on the wrong side of it, so my OS won't let me extend into it...so...free solution anyone?
I have a couple of linux boot disks (mandriva and ubuntu)..so something might be on there...but I don't know..

Gparted might be able to resize it for you I've never tried it with Vista64 though but worth a try: Gparted

That's right - I've used Gparted to "grow" NTFS partitions before with no problems.

You do need to choose the Unmount option before the Resize option becomes available.
