which company for bank charges

i understand there is alot of help on this site claiming your charges back
but i was just searching the web looking for the best company to use if i wanted them do to it all for me i understand i will be charged but how much is fair eg i have found one company which will charge 10% plus vat plus intrest is this any good as alot of others seem to charge at least 20% thanks:beer:

There's absolutley no reason you need to pay anyone to do this for you, the steps and letters are very simple. You have to give the company all the info anyway, and they will send the same letters you would send, and will get the same response you would get.
IMO it's money for old rope.

yes i understand this but i dont know what charges i can apply for and to be honest i dont have time going through 6 years of statements looking for something i dont really know what i am looking for (does that make sense )hence why i was just looking for a company to do it all for me

most bank statements are pretty clear. Statements say "Charge" plus name of charge. If you are unsure about if it is claimable then ask. It is very easy once you get into it and the money you get back is 100% yours and no one elses.
