TBH, there is nothing new in that article - whose to say UK is safer than Ireland or The Netherlands, or any other foreign country0

Yes agree nothing new but it may help potential savers who do not read the various articles out there in truth before I placed my saving with Anglo Irish I assume because of the FCSC cover I would be ok even though an overseas bank - had that cover not been there I would not have invested. However through all of this I now find I am more conversant with all new reports and the FSA website. Thick as I may appear to be I did not know all this information was available prior to saving. redouma:confused:0
