Hi Guys

Hope you can advise me on this one

So I got my husband to get the last 6 years of bank statements - he isnt very good with his money hence I now manage our accounts - and it adds up to around £5K worth of charges - £500 of which are direct deits that didnt go through and he got charged £38 each time EVEN THOUGH he was in credit by £10K at the time!!
So I wrote the letter, said as his wife had been made redunndnat we were struggling financially and then added the three pages with all the dates and charges and interest incurred
We got a letter back today saying it was all still being revied in the courts and as he has said about financial difficulty there are ways they can help him by him returning his cheque book, returning his bank card and they will issue him with a cash card and then he needs to fill in their questionaire and forms - of which there are 8 pages!

What do we do now? Fill in the forms OR write another letter in the same format saying we want the money back or we will go to the financial ombudsman?

If you wish the claim to be considered on the grounds of hardship, you need to provide any reasonable information they request to help assess your financial situation.

right so we do fill in all the forms then?
