within the last few weeks my employer has told us we are all being made redundant but would be carrying on our employment by signing a new contract but he wasnt sure yet of pay details. Then a few days later he told us there was no redudancies and we had to sign new contracts but our service wouldnt be carried over. The next day he told us our service would be carried over. ONE MINUTE THERE IS REDUNDANCIES THEN THERES NOT. confused!!!!!!!!!!!! just a bit. none of us are in a union PLEASE HELP.P.s at the moment he is making us work one week with pay then the next week off with no pay at all surely this is not acceptable.

Sounds like your current position has been made redundant - ie working full time every week. I think he should therefore have given you redundancy for that position and then hired you for the new different job. I'm sure someone with with a bit more knowledge will be along soon and advise who is the best to speak to. Sounds dodgy0
