Better to change this to a good hotel that wont go bust.

Otherwise your post willl be removed as its nothing to do with recession or houses.

I think you've just lit the blue touch paper

    Better stand well back.

not sure it's good for children, but it's stunningly romantic. Not far from Palma, but far enough from Magaluf!

Enjoy - it's a fabulous island. Make sure you get a car, and go north of the mountains (either over the top or through the tunnel) the NW coast is superb.

    Isee no beaches

    Children need beaches.

Oh and tat chidren need cheap tat.
  • Went to puerto Pollensa last year with young children. Beach is fabulous and nice shallow waters. Plenty of cafe/bars/restaurants along front and just behind.
We stayed in villa just outside which was great for us with young children (no worries about noise or all crammed into one hotel room etc). Obviously you miss out on the hotel entertainment if that is your thing. Ours were so young they were asleep early evening so not really an issue

Great place and would return without hesitation. Not cheap though
