Kind of. Though I caught a wound on my hand opening a letter so bleeding from that slightly.

Dose up on many painkillers, use antiseptic cream, and use plasters if poss...

G_J 10 parts vodka to 3 of lemonade will work better than neat vodka, just to keep this technically appropriate.

Seriously, I'd go and see a doctor. Tetanus isn't going to be your only problem. At least with the doctor you'll get it cleaned up and bandaged properly, making it a darn sight less painful.
