My bank have offered me £91 refund

Forgive me if this is in the wrong section..i looked about & couldnt see a relevant section, so i assume it will be ok in here?
Anyway - i made a compliant about my bank charges from over the last few months & the next thing i know, i get a letter saying that they have looked into my complaint etc..and will offer me a £91 refund.
To say i wasnt expecting that response in the slightest would be an understatement :j

    MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

my partner did the same thing only she went back years and got over £500 back, you are owed what they have taken off you so if thats more than £91 ask for the rest of the money:D
