Redundancy

After never being out of work, i now find myself facing redundancy.

My company are relocating (60 miles away) and find redundancy the only option

I don't know where to start....I have been informed at my final meeting that I will receive my notice in lieu as they do not wish me to work my notice, which is 11 weeks.(i am on "garden leave" till I receive my final letter.)
I live on my own with my 14 year old son, I rent my house from my parents and I have been claiming working and child tax credits. I know they will have to be informed but what will I be able to claim is it Income support or job seekers is it means tested with my child maintainance.
Sorry for rambling but i need help can someone point me in the right direction.
